  • What is your procedure?

    1. Request a quote for financial services through our portal.


    2. Receive your quote and contract for approval.


    3. Approve the contract and pay associated retainer fees.


    4. We'll commence the work and deliver within the agreed timeframe.

  • What are the issuing banks?

    Financely Group only issues instruments through China Construction Bank, DBS Bank or JPMorgan Chase. We do not work with ''Non-Rated Banks''.

  • What is the price range for services?

    We have a range of retainers that vary between 0.5% & 3% of the transaction value. 


    So, if you require 10,000,000 USD, expect to pay between 50,000 and 300,000 USD to secure our services.


    Our minimum retainer is about 15,000 USD, for proof of funds.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Retainer payments are made to reserve our services and resources for a specific period or project. 


    When you pay a retainer, we commit resources, time, and potentially decline other opportunities to ensure we can serve your needs. 


    As such, we do not issue refunds for retainer payments because of these commitments and the upfront costs associated with them.

  • Can we use escrow?

    We can't accept escrow because the retainer you pay us is used to structure your deal, this involves legal fees & underwriting fees in most cases.
